  14. the *NEW* BCI homepage.  The correct URL is:  http://www.qed.net/bci/

  16. It is completely redone using HTML2/3 commands so it looks best with 
  17. Ibrowse or Netscape.  Check it out.  You might be pleasantly suprised.
